As per 538: “absentee ballots received at the last minute will not be reported until perhaps Thursday or Friday.” So it’s like everything else: We won’t fully know for another 48 hours. Biden is winning, because Trump needs AZ *and* PA *and* GA to win, and that’s about a at best 10% chance right now, probably less. Once the red mirage went away in WI then MI, it was over for Trump.
