Many states already had mail in voting and absentee voting. It's not that democrats pushed for it, it's that Democrats were more likely to take the pandemic seriously and vote without the crowds. He will make a big fuss but won’t prevail. He has no ground to stand on and also thinks the Supreme Court is his customer service. He will try to mess with PA and get shut down again.
