So far, this is a win for democracy. Trump seems to think that he's attacking nonexistent "rampant fraud" when his administrations pulls f*ckery like this.

What he's actually doing is trying to invalidate the votes of elderly citizens who voted by mail because of the pandemic, our military overseas who can't be here in-person, and other groups that he's trying to appease. It is a losing tactic.

No, he is well aware that those votes are from real people. He just doesn’t want votes that are likely for his opponent.

Federal court hearing is happening right now. A reporter on the ground said she heard the judge is asking the plaintiffs why they chose to bring this up now when the drive-thru voting has been in place for weeks.

Correct, and he's been laying that groundwork for months now.

I'm saying that his haphazard approach will most likely backfire because of the specific groups who are most likely to vote by mail anyway.
