I bet there will be even more drinking on election night than there even was last presidential election and everyone was drinking that night, even Hillary Clinton herself got drunk. I will be having my wine.:tea::nails:

The future's uncertain and the end is always near.

I very much believe that the DNC is self sabotaging their nomination and campaign because they’re in cohort with the Republicans. Regardless of what they say their actions throughout this election have been basically bullets into their own feet. From nominating a vanilla candidate to rush confirming a 3rd right leaning judge to refusing to aggressive campaigning go to show that they don’t care about winning.

I will invest in a passport and begin researching how to get citizenship in another country :vegas:

Haha good luck with that with all the covid precautions and even then, immigration is notoriously broken all over the world. Many Americans think (not saying you, in particular, do) that you can just grab your suitcase, hop on a plane and land in a foreign country where you’ll exchange your citizenship for that of the foreign country, but that’s not how it works. Far from it. You might be refused entry unless you confirm you’ll only stay for a limited period of time as a tourist. Usually (well I’d say always), tourists can’t get a job because the tourist visa doesn’t permit that. And thus the incredibly difficult journey of how to stay in a foreign country *legally* begins. And getting a job is just a basic necessity but that first step right there is the first major obstacle for many. Permanent residence (the reason why you’d want to leave the US in the first place) would be another big step, and you’d most likely have to confirm you’ve stayed in the country of your choice for at least 5 consecutive years and had no problems supporting yourself to be able to apply in most cases.

Of course, you could just marry a citizen of the country you’d like to immigrate to and skip all of that nonsense but seeing how we’re all gay here and gay marriage isn’t legalized globally, good luck with that 🙃

He will be president for another 4 years. But at least he couldn't be president after that again, bc someone can only be president for up to 2 terms :lana: . So if he wins, it would be rough 4 years, but it would be the last 4 years with Trump being president.

Spoiler

Before y'all come for me, I decided for today to see only the positive things in everything  . Also, don't drag me, I'm fragile :bear:

Well better to expect the worst and be pleasantly surprised I guess.

Meanwhile I'm expecting a Biden win so it's gonna hit me harder if he loses :bear:

Do you feel him sir?

Well, it’s quite unlikely he will win (538 presently puts the odds at 10%, compared to the 35% chance Trump had at this point in the cycle in 2016), but if he were to win, it would be like what if we have a large meteor strike the Earth or what if we had another Carrington Event. Things could get really bad, but we would hopefully manage and live another day.
