These are great numbers, and I don't get all the hate this album gets. For all I know, it's probably the Ariana album I've listened to most so far :triggered:

Ariana is the reason ROM went to number one :ladyhaha:

Don't act like Gaga didn't use popular artists like Ari & Blackpink to boost her album sales.

Aslong as Ari's fans enjoy the album, that's good enough, it's not all about sales or always a competition.

Correct, but ARI and GAGA made it be as big as it was. ROM has out did every single released by Ariana since 7 rings, same for Gaga with Shallow.

And yeah it’s not about the sales but please with the collabs excuses.

Positions collaborations did 13M first day all together, Chromatica’s collabs did 17M. Both had 3 high profile collabs,

Chromaticas First Week Streams: 105M came from solo tracks , 65 M came from collabs.

A larger part of Gagas streams come from her solo tracks.  Anyways, this is predicted to barely do more than ASIB. Gaga would have no problem moving 200k without the need for collaborations or bundles anyways.

Ariana’s SEA is insane, shes gonna do like 150k+ in streams. Her power

Anyone who thinks this is bad or a "let down" is delusional & are just annoying to say the least. Music isn't no one's first priority, especially with the elections & the pandemic 2nd wave: reloaded (the re-up). For an album that was announced this month with barely any promo, and a lead single that's just a week old, for an artist that sells more singles than albums, this is really good.

omg chromatica outsold.

First weeks mean nothing anymore. Chromatica also outsold Future Nostalgia and yet FN is the bigger album. Unless you are pulling in Taylor or Adele numbers first week sales mean nothing compared to longevity. She doing Dangerous Woman numbers and that is just fine.

Why are yall acting like she’s sold two copies? She’s sold over twenty thousand copies of her album, that’s amazing, regardless of what other albums have done.

Im not a fan of the album tbh, but get that coin Ari :applause:

Truly her ARTPOP. :rip:

It’s not a bad album, but if she’s smart, she won’t use this sound/style on her next lead or album or else her career will be in trouble...

The entire album leaked almost a week before so not bad.

Plus the rules have changed with bundling and so on....stans need to realize that the days of massive, insane numbers are probably gone unless it's Adele (one of the widest fan bases) or some viral single.

To be fair, I'd also argue some of this is geography...Dua is huge in England and much of Europe which accounts for most of her #s.... Ari & Gaga are more massive in the US, Canada, Latin America, etc. although both do well in the U.K. and France.
