I don’t think they really moved in. I guess Gaga just stayed at his Lancaster house sometimes, and Taylor stayed at Gaga’s Brooklyn apartment sometimes. He also never seemed to be at her Malibu house but probably in private.

Which reminds me of how much I miss her Brooklyn apartment! So many iconic looks.

Imo, she was raised in New York City and then lived in California for the majority of her 20s, hence why her accent lacks almost all East Coast features that usually New Yorkers have (to some degree, obviously no one talks like Fran Drescher anymore).

Gaga never really lived anywhere before she bought her Malibu house I think. She got the Brooklyn rental apartment right before ARTPOP, and I think she kept most of her things and still lived with her parents in Manhattan until somewhere during the BTWB? She was always in hotels, clubs, limo’s, planes like she said.

That sounds very accurate. At least it's what she claimed on numerous occasions.

I remember now during her first interview with Oprah at the BTWF launch Gaga was interviewed at her parents house and she said that whenever she was back in New York she’d just get a mattress and stay there. So I assumed she still kept a lot of her things there and basically lived with them up until I think somewhere during the BTWB.

I remember seeing Gaga’s Brooklyn apartment for the first time in December 2012, that’s probably when she got it.

She still has an accent tho. It comes out especially when she's being sentimental or talking about her family and such. Its actually been quite pronounced throughout quarantine and these last few videos. 

There are still  people that talk like Fran Drescher the same there are people that talk like Bernie Sanders. It's of a certain generation but if you're deep enough in a region, it's not washed out much. 

Manhattan has the lightest of the NY accents but, with her familys NJ ties, she def has a familiar accent to me (a born and raised New Jersayan). Some people say she sounds like Scarlett Johanson, which tracks because she is also a nasally, raspy, Manhattan kid.

1) I've been watching her interviews since 2008. The only accent I detect during the early stages of her career is standard American. Starting from Born This Way and well into the ARTPOP era, she'd occasionally slip into this weird hyper articulated style of speaking which had more of a British inflection than anything else. Listen for how she pronounces words like "Larry," "carry" or "marry." They rhyme with lairy, kairy, and merry. That's not New York-ish at all. She also pronounces "caught" the same as "cot." The only time she has a noticeable East Coast accent is a) in some SNL skits and b) when she's singing and that feels more like a stylistic choice on her part than her using her natural accent 

2) Obviously there are people like that, but they're part of an older generation of people. You'd be hard-pressed to find someone in their 20s speaking like that with a thick regional dialect.

Ofcourse she lived in PA. That's where she had "sex in the woods, on the floor, in the grass"

If she lived there for a month and she felt at home, why can she not claim she lived there? She's so famous and and so busy, especially back then, if she can create a sense of home anywhere, that's great. She was on the road pretty much non stop from 2008 till 2013.

I think "I lived" is an exaggeration, but she stayed there with Taylor several times. I remember seeing a secret picture of her in a DIY store and some pics with Taylor relatives.
She also mentioned Lancaster at the JWT in Philadelphia.

I truly hope this supporting Joe Biden thing won't come back to bite her ass, because I've read horrendous things about him, that, if are proven to be true...  Though, those who live in the US maybe can enlighten me more.
