Boris Johnson announces England is to go into lockdown from Thursday

They blamed young people for the virus spreading but they’re keeping schools & unis open? I don’t know a single school in my city that hasn’t had a case yet.
 

As a student this doesn’t feel like a lockdown. I think there’s a high chance that students aren’t going to follow the rules and continue to party/hang out.  It feels like the lockdown doesn’t apply to us.
