While how huge an album “feels” to you isn’t quantifiable, 8 weeks at number one and one million pure sales in 2020 are. Folklore also continues to be the highest streamed female album on Spotify.

Not only that, 25 has sold more in every week it's been at #1 compared to Folklore, not to mention the fact that sales now and then are barely comparable and this does not make Folklore's achievement equivalent to 25's.

It's only the number of weeks spent at #1 and that's it.

Literally the most streamed female album for over three months I guess a lot of older people who were not Taylor fans and consume more music in physical format loved it
