Lana is one of the most autobiographical music artists out there. She is a hetero woman. I would argue the personal nature of her lyricism actually makes it less heteronormative as it does not claim universatility because her words stay in her own frame of experience. If you can't relate to it due to the gender that is being portrayed in this song, then you can't relate to it period... move on and go listen to what do makes you feel good. Imagine not being able to decode gender construct in a song to relate to it, lesbians listening to Gaga singing "disco stick" while referring to a penis and gays listening to "bluffing with my muffin" in reference to a vagina, can't relate.
