While his return was highly publicized, especially due to apparent health problems amidst an extremely swift return, Trump wanted something even bigger. Apparently, he had planned that he would literally rip open his shirt to reveal a superman logo to solidify his return from the hospital. The meaning behind this would have been to be a show of strength.
