Revamping the BLACKPINK album and era! Let's start with the album! CD 1: BLACK 1. How You Like That 2. Ready to Love 3. Pretty Savage 4. Love to Hate Me 5. First Time 6. Crazy Over You CD 2: PINK 7. Race (Interlude) 8. Lovesick Girls 9. Somethin' Crazy 10. Cold (ft. Ariana Grande) 11. Forever You 12. You Never Know Now if I were YG, I would already start as early as June 10 to promote, with the series of photoshoot ending in June 19, with the better decision to have Pretty Savage as the lead single, and considering the BLINKs hadn't yet got any content for the meantime, this means Pretty Savage would be getting tons of wins. To be honest, I would also give them atleast better choreography that kind of hits it better. Okay, so we're done and it's July 24, the end of the promotion, it's now pulled out of radio and we're on for another era. While I love the collaborations, they could actually get more benefit from only having one collaboration and who else than Ariana Grande for their collaboration Cold? - Cold is a summer bop, with disco influences, and something that is more reminiscent to AIIYL. It also has a fair line distribution and Jisoo actually singing. - So there it is, Cold by BLACKPINK ft. Ariana Grande is released on August 14. A dance practice is released a week later. - Guess what, bitch!? VMAs performance because I actually care if I was the YG CEO. - Okay, 2 months later, we finally have the album, Lovesick Girls is released, and it will actually be performed, with none else than Ready to Love (aka the song Lisa was singing in their Netflix docu trailer).
