But what's in the original post is fundamentally false as well, considering the fact that this dispute was never one-sided since the dissolution of the Soviet Union. Crying "genocide" at every conflict just makes your arguments sound disingenuine. It has been reported that both sides were suffering losses in this conflict, but it is only you who's making it as if you're pure as snow. You couldn't hate Turkey as much as I do, trust me on that, and yet, it is easy to see that this conflict is not that simple - it is as easy as looking up a Wikipedia entry, even. The tensions have been escalating since the clashes in July, which were said to be started by Armenian forces. So please, don't think I'm so naive to believe that this is not political. All of it is political. The fact that you are trying to use a past genocide (and yes, the Armenian genocide was a horrible thing) to garner sympathy is political.
