I'm in Serbia. We don't have any movement restriction order currently. But, for like 2 months we were not allowed to leave our homes from 5PM to 5AM the next day. And, in addition to that we were sometimes not allowed to go anywhere the whole weekend (48 hrs).

Thank God the situation stabilized and we're only getting ~30 new cases daily.

When you don't know what's going on but know that person-to-person transmission is the #1 culprit, stay at home orders, for short periods are a wise move. What a government does in that "timeout" though, is crucial to how bad the rest of the ride will be. As an American, I am envious of the leadership and infrastructure of other countries. Our situation didn't need to be this bad. It feels like Lord of the Flies over here.
