Not like it’s Madonna or Gaga level of reinventions but he definitely has a specific aesthetic for every era. And anyone who’s familiar with his discography knows how much his sound has changed over the years. On top of that, by the mystery thing, The Weeknd actually built his career on a mysterious and enigmatic persona, which is something that obviously has been lost to an extent with his mainstream breakthrough.
