PD is my least favorite from Chromatica, but I still like it, and wouldn't call it a skip at all. I wouldn't call that to any song from the album tbh. While musically they may not fit in as well, but when you think of consistency, you gotta look at theme and lyrics as well. The mood of the entire album is pain and suffering. Dancing through the pain has been heavily advertised by Gaga from the very beginning of the era.
