911 - Suicidal Ritual Scene?

I think that Lady Gaga tried to create a psychodelic suicidal ritual scene at the beginning of the video, with all the characters involved in the scene and she as the center.

We have several references previously mentioned to the accident here, but throughout the first one she is preparing as if for a ritual which ends with her receiving the knife and screaming / crying. (reminded me of the movie Midsommar)

What I believe may have happened, is that in the second scene she tried to commit suicide with her bike against a car, the car swerved and crashed into another car, causing a death and leaving her injured and involving all those people in the video (also she screams I don't wanna die, my legs,  and I'm sorry).

As the song talks about mental health and anti-psychotics, is that what made the tragedy happen? i can't wait for sine from above

I don't think so. I think it was supposed to be her simply having the accident, not wanting to be brought back, and when she was, fearing that she hurt someone with her own trauma.

But the thing that bugs me here is that she is in home arrest. Her ankle tracker.
