So either he faked to stay with her gf longer or he is just not respecting other people and it's ok to go outside when you have covid (according to him)

I think I heard about someone who went outside with COVID here in England the other day and she got fined 10K... I hope they fine him or something and don't just let him off because he's a celebrity.

Well if he has recovered then it's fine I guess... But you can still contaminate others for a short period of time even after you stop showing symptoms. 

As for the rest... Well he is supposed to be in a bubble and can't have direct contacts from outside. But he doesn't really seem to care about the movie anyway

Because he's a celebrity he'll have no issue paying off 10K if that is the amount you're fined. Many people who come from wealthy backgrounds or have become wealthy are treated different to "normal" people when it comes to the law etc
