Gaga is being eyed by Marvel to play "Emma Frost"

I don’t want her near Marvel.. DC all the way.. Marvel is action comedy and DC is dark thriller so I’d rather have her do something serious.

I want this but not yet because it’s a very involved role that could literally run for almost the entire existence of the MCU since Emma’s main storyline with the hellfire club and Dark Phoenix then her physic affair with Scott before Jean died etc. 

Plus im not sure if gaga’s old enough yet to portray Emma

I highly doubt Gaga will appear in the MCU it's not "artsy" enough for her.

I can only see her in a comic book movie if it's super serious/artsy Oscar bait like Joker.

I had no hope for Joker, especially coming on the heels of Heath Ledger's performance, and it was a good surprise. I guess they can't get it wrong all the time  And I'm more of a DC person in general anyway, Batman being my favorite super-hero ever since I was a kid.

The DC movies have been very hit or miss tho. The MCU has been much more consistent.

Can agree with that but honestly majority of MCU movies seem like they are made for children nowadays.. I just don’t see Gaga being there. Also Emma Frost is not a huge character and I think Poison Ivy in new Batman sequels would be perfect for Gaga and her level of stardom.

This. Like em or love em, there is no denying that the MCU films under Kevin Feige have received acclaim and are widely regarded as the best Marvel movies to date.

I really want this to happen! Though I feel Emma Frost will be a big commitment, and she will be wanted to sign a multi-picture deal. I can see her taking on Dazzler, which is a much smaller commitment than Emma Frost.

It will be aong time of true. There won't be full on X-Men MCU movie until Phase 6 IMHO, so that is likely 4-5 years from now since they are only about to start Phase 4.

I’ve been thinking about it for a second, and the MCU seems so out of character for Gaga, that it is almost PERFECT for her. She always does the unexpected, so this would be a perfect pivot for her acting career.
