ARTPOP is my least favorite album, but it was the most memorable era

Don't get me wrong.... I love about half of the songs on the album, but the other half is kinda icky to me.  But ya know, I don't know if this is nostalgia talking (IT'S THAT OLD ALREADY?!) but ARTPOP was definitely a fun era despite it's messes.  Having a safe, well planned out era is good, but the mysterious in ARTPOP kept it entertaining.  Not to mention she tried to get us to trend the next single.  It felt like there was so much interaction then.  

 

Thoughts anyone?

The era was traumatic but then came Chromatica 

it pretty much started with Applause and ended there. Some UK Venus and DWUW performances, then months of silence and the G.U.Y video.
