Stupid Love has now been certified gold in Australia, which means the song has sold over 35,000 units in the country. The song peaked at no.7 on the Aria Charts. Congrats Lady Gaga!!!

Also, Shallow is now 9x Platinum as well, one more platinum and it will be a diamond single in Australia (although I think Australia only do 10x platinum, no diamond :poot:).

Economy

It also peaked at #7 here in Canada  which is a bummer cuz debut wasn't that strong

SL actually had more lengevity and chart success over the long term than in the US but that tragic #7 debut is just :toofunny:

And congrats Australia on the Gold . How did ROM do there?

With Canada, it debuted high and served longevity compared to other major markets like Germany and New Zealand. I don't think a #7 debut is bad though, I don't get why it would be if it debuted in the top 10

ROM did better in Australia than SL. It debuted at #2 and stayed there for 2 weeks.
