The case will be studied and countries all over the world have been notified. Let's hope it's nothing and they can go back to trials soon! I'm more worried about countries distrusting untested vaccines (hello Russia hello USA). Adverse effects under testing can be traced at least, unlike nationwide vaccinations. The only thing that can't happen is to go back to phase 1.. I'm not saying they'll be ready at the same time tho.
