You do realize that you don't have to enter threads that you find boring, right? :zilla:

I don't have to but as a member of this forum I wanted to share my feelings, don't threat my freedom of speech :bear:
And, I don't know maybe "be kind to yourself by practicing gratitude"  were new lyrics from an upcoming EP, forgive my naivety :mark:
By the way, my post was a joke, you have to learn to appreciate my sense of humor because I'm going nowhere :queenga:

1. It was unneccessary

2. If it was a joke it wasn't funny

That said, you're free to post whatever you want, obviously. It's just that it probably didn't contribute anything to the topic at hand. :haroon:

Pretty sure some people think differently, I represent a silent minority :firega: And it contributes to the topic, it translates a boredom linked to this kind of corny and empty post and generic quotes that we can find on every teenagers blogs

Yikes.

The words "Born This Way" are pretty cliché and generic yet those three words have saved the lives of countless LGBTQ+ people around the world.

Words have meaning and actions speak louder than words. Lady Gaga isn't just "some blogger". She is an activist. An outspoken one. She WILL continue to do her part to make the world a better place with her relentless advocacy for a plethora of issues and causes. The fact that you keep her activist contributions in such a low regard speaks volumes about how you view her as an artist.

Sad. If posting a gif of man yelling "BORING" on a harmless post that encourages people to be kind to themselves genuinely makes you feel better then you do you, I guess. :yennefer:

Gaga and her artistry help people and I truly believe in, that's a reason why I love her. I love the meaning of Born this Way and it helped me when I was younger. I'm not talking about that!
But imo that kind of posts are here to fulfill the quota of kindness posts as a reminder that her foundation stills exists and not only released a book.

Saying: " Being nice is nice and it's important to be nice for being happy, so remind you every day to be nice and you will be" :mark: or "Be nice for you and your kindness will shine for others" sounds empty and naive.

People are dealing with extreme poverty and difference of education, violence, famine, global warming, wars, identity problems and this kind of sentences are just empty in my opinion. This is like "life coaching" adverts or Coué's method, this is short termism and nothing deep enough to be helpful. So don't try to culpabilise me saying I'm heartless because I'm not crying when I read this kind of posts.

I think we've had enough of this off topic quarrel.  Please, disengage and return to the topic for which this thread was intended, discussing Lady Gaga's Be Kind project.

Do your own research.

You'd rather support a very problematic person than a PC one? oH eM gEe uR sO eDgY

And you take things at face value :mark: We really can't push any boundary here, it's almost opressive, I'll avoid to tell this kind of things in the future and keep it for friends, do'nt worry, I'll be an irreproachable kindness clone :ohwell:
