It could be a surgical nose job, non-surgical or literally just contouring for example. I said I can see the differences but that it's hard to say why "for sure". Yeah thats exactly what I dont understand at all. I can also see her eyebrows have been raised. I do think she's had some treatments but my point was that it wasn't clear to me what was the cause of each individual change, e.g. puberty, or if her nose is contouring while her lips are filler for example, or if it's all because of injectables, or if she's actually gone under the knife and it's permanent... We can only speculate. I'm just saying it could be the result of several things, I wasn't denying that she could have had surgery.
