When you live in a country still haunted by the ghosts of slavery and white supremacy, with KKK clans still existing and where there's civil unrest against police brutality or should i say MURDER against a very specific group of people which are african-americans, can you call this division propaganda to call out the way that white supremacy is a very racist ideology? Well these trainings actually do work. They improve the morale and efficiency of the workplace. There’s ways that we can take it further but there is definitely a positive difference when these programs are implemented.

Yeah I think they don't work (at least as effectively as they should) and USA right now is enough proof of that but i think we all know that this isn't the reason why Trump wants to ban them. Something much more radical needs to be done about racism.

In my (state) agency we've sat through 3 days of ineffective race-related training. Programmes need to be better before they bring about meaningful change.

It's not really an opinion when you say that calling out the white supremacy ideology which is a huge problem in America is "division propaganda" when Mr Trump is the founder of division.
