Would she actually do this? That would be so disgusting

She wouldn't. A) she's not controversial like she used to be B) she's literally from NYC

I feel that shes just teasing 911 because it was performed live and she feels happy about the fans' reaction about it.

If it does become a single, im sure she wont release at 9/11.

I really really doubt she would do this:

1. She’s not stupid

2. Even if she was stupid enough to want it released on that date, I’m more than sure her team or Interscope wouldn’t allow that, especially after how long they’ve spent reconstructing her image.

Maybe it's just me but I don't think it is as big of a deal as people are making it out to be. There have been so many terrorist plots and bloody days in America but we still release new music on it. It has been nearly 20 years since 9/11 at some point we do have to move on and tbh our country has been worse off in every way after that date. I say this as someone who lost people they knew in the pentagon attack. I still think she could do something like release it to radio and drop the video the day/night before as well. However, from a PR standpoint perhaps just waiting till the next week would be better.

Twitter monsters: we don't claim GGD. They do not represent the entire fanbase. They're the worse monsters. Disgusting. EwWwWWwW.

Also Twitter monsters: makes Joanne dead aunt urn and Lina Morgana memes, members of the I Hate Sarah Tanno and Bloodpop Club, sends death threats to Gaga after she delayed Chromatica's release date, mocks Gaga for having Fibromyalgia, thinking she's just using it as an excuse for everything.

you all need to stop with this nonsense, even if she drop on 9/11. she is not releasing the song, song is already out and you can buy it. MV is for sure not ready. she will only say "my next single is 911", and thats it. You all love to make a drama, so you think people dont listen music on that day, you think other artist not releasing songs...

I don’t know if anyone has noticed this but honestly the 9/11 passion disappears more every year

In fact more and more people are using it negatively “so x many people died in 9/11 but 100x that have died from corona and no one cares?” “School shootings have happened so much and we still allow guns in school, but one airplane attack and suddenly the TSA?” “black people dying from more cops than people in 9/11, yet America doesn’t care”

I feel like only super die hard patriotic conservatives would *REALLY* try and make a big deal of this

either way I still don’t think she’ll do it

This happens not only to September 11 but, probably, to everything. Unfortunately, and I don't know why, people like to compare different tragedies. “People are afraid of COVID-19 but it seems like they forgot about tuberculosis” — what?

Nobody forbids you to talk about shooting in schools, or any other problem, because of September 11. :saladga:

911 is a huge deal in the USA and I would even say UK and Canada to an extent. The SJWs in these countries live some of the most privileged lives and they will find anything to complain about. Also, Republicans/Conservatives will not react good either and it will eventually makes its way to the media.

I mean I live in the US, just outside of DC. I'd say 9/11 has kinda died in recent years. I mean Trump last year was planning on meeting Al Queda on 9/11. It was definitely a big deal for the first 10 years but it has slowly started to phase out. Republicans/conservatives believe anything to discredit her. A lot of them have fully bought into the conspiracy that Lady Gaga is part of the liberal elite controlling the government in the shadows. Those Qanon people legit believe she kills children for their blood to retain her youth. I think they call it adrenochrome. I've seen those conspiracy theories make their way on to this site as well.
