This. It's exactly the way restaurants have been operating in my country for months now. It works perfectly fine this way.

Why should he? There is not much scientific evidence that wearing masks actually helps. At least, that's what the leading experts in my country are saying and we're dealing way better with this whole situation than the USA.

Some weeks ago me and my father sat down with this Guy and all 3 of us wore masks. He was coughing, even though  we were 1,5 meters apart we were in a closed room and he tested positive for Covid-19next day. I stayed at home for 2 weeks and my father got tested and I had no symptoms while my father tested negative. So wear masks, it protects you

Regina George

I feel like he has some characteristics of Britney’s dad Jamie and I’m not really digging that.

Ok but is he wrong? At limited indoor capacity (50%) there's space between tables. It's like other businesses. We do it like that here in Ontario too and people are not next to eachother

If the government isn't going to bail out these businesses at some point they gotta be reasonable about how long they say they can't run, this is people's livelyhoods. At some point the cost starts to outway the benefits

Someone might have already said this, but I've been to Joanne Trattoria. The tables are so close together it's difficult to walk in the restaurant without bumping into people's chairs. 50% capacity is only about two feet away from each other. They'd have to be 10% - 20% capacity for actual social distancing guidelines to be met.

Good for him, he is 100% right. Many of these restaurants aren’t going to survive and they are getting no guidance whatsoever from the government. Kudos to him.

The problem is when states like NY or NJ allow businesses to self regulate, they catch them with stuffed dining rooms and little safety precautions. Even here in Florida, there's rules about restaurants being at certain capacity but there's several that I've seen that fill every table and the staff wear no masks.

I don't really like to comment on her family, but there is something about her dad that gives me the same vibe as my dad and that's not a compliment.

I do feel bad for him, I think when they rented out the space to him they verr told him about the local homeless community taking over the area. As a business man he is trying to stay afloat is this was not Lady Gagas father this would not get so much attetntion and by now he would have been bankrupt.

I truly understand where he is coming from how do you rent out a business space in a building and the property owners or managers dont do anything to stop homeless people from sleeping around your business. Joe got played.

Edit: Spoke too soon

I think it's only fair to the businesses and patrons to be able to attempt to do the proper things, take the proper precautions...etc.

Yes there are many that abuse it, or don't end up following the rules... HOWEVER, my family owns two restaurants in north FL, and they are constantly being monitored by whatever government body to ensure they're following the guidelines. And if they hadn't been, I'm sure they would've been fined/closed. (fined isn't enough in my opinion, esp. for repeated offenses, but I'm not actually sure what the punishments are)

So, please remember there are people/bodies of people who are making sure the world continues to operate safely.

Ok I couldn’t get through the video because he’s sitting closely to that interviewer and around his poor staff without wearing a mask. :wtf:

I think it was the Zane Lowe interview where Gaga talks about Joanne having little satisfaction ultimately.

Essentially revealing that she was trying to make an album to help "heal" her father, but later realizing that you can't actually fix someone.

I think her dad has very different values. He is a very different person, as we can see.

Get the pinot ready, because it's turtle time.
