I thought she was in recovery? This is so sad, I feel so bad for her  I wish she would step away from the internet and get real help. Being treated like a freak show can’t be good for her.

Sure, but the "who?" types of comments on here have always bothered me. 9/10 times it's used to be sarcastic and "funny." It's just not, especially when we're talking about serious eating disorders.
