Yeah this was at a gay bar called "Frenz Frenzy" in Osaka, Japan. Theres a mini gay district in Umeda where this is located. I went there earlier this year and it's super small and is more of a karaoke bar. There's a picture of Lady Gaga in there as well. I personally didn't like the bar that much but I also arrived at 3am (while waiting for the trains to start running again) and when everyone left so it was just the bar owner and my group.
