Yeah I feel the exact opposite way. Her voice sounded much more full when she was singing Stupid Love. Rain on Me and 911 are not designed to be vocal showcases. Her voice didn't dramatically change in 4 months since The Prayer performance. Its just that the prayer is designed to be a vocal showcase. It'd be like comparing Whitney's performance of I Will Always Love You to a performance of "Dance with somebody".

She sounded great though a bit pitchy at parts. Other than that it’s the best her voice has sounded live since 2016-2017.

her vocals since then only declined and nowadays she sounds completely different live from the studio vocals.

There is plenty of footage of the J&P opening night in Jan 2019, and I think she sounds great there, but I think her performance level dropped through 2019. Her most recent comparable performance before Sunday was the pre-Superbowl Enigma, and I thought Sunday was better than that, so I am encouraged 

More important than her singing is her physical and mental health. Hopefully she can continue to work on improving those, and maybe her singing will improve with them.

Her vocals were heavenly. I lkve stupid love so much more now. Its hard to understand how ppl cant like her vocals.

I thought it was a great performance. The only part I didn´t like that much was the 911 singing, because that song is freaking fast and hard to sing and doesnt give u much time in between to breath... also the album version is kinda "robotic" and "monotone" and she was trying to replicate that, but it´s really hard. (But I´m a big sucker for the 911 choreo)

 

ROM and Stupid Love sounded a lot like the album version and she hit all the notes and that while dancing! I I really think it was one of her best performances of her faster pop songs

 

And her voice got a tiny bit darker over the years, because of aging and she has been smoking like a chimney... that darkens the voice as we all know...
