It is considered a promo single because of the Honey Dijon remix. When a non single gets a seperate remix release they automatically update them to promo status. Same thing like Madonna’s I Dont Search I Find before it was sent to radios. And all those Rihanna songs from Anti that got remixes released like Pose and Consideration.

Okay, got it. But actually I think it would be a good move to have released 2nd promo single (Free Woman) and 3rd official single in upcoming days (911 I guess, but I'm still rooting for BABYLON).
