All I’ll be saying is just reiterating what’s been said a few times before in here but.

Not by default. But they can be. Just as groups of people can be. In my opinion the focus shouldn’t lie on arguing whether the overarching question of “are ___ racist?” But should lie on the focus of actually calling out the racist individuals and dealing with them. I don’t think arguing about generalizations will do anything but distract from the actual goal of fixing the issues directly.
But, I could also be extremely misguided in this thinking. It’s tricky. But regardless, individuals just have to do better, get educated, and stop being self-centered a**es who don’t consider other people’s feelings. The lack of empathy is such a huge issue. And it shouldn’t be. But it is.

Educate ourselves. Do the work to learn new things and challenge existing biases. Understand the history and functions of systemic racism.

Call out racism and hold people accountable for it. And educating ourselves on the more “quiet” forms of racism that may not be blatantly obvious (this kind is alllll over ggd)
