I dont think so nor does it seem like a "black voice". He just sings or created this timbre like lewis capaldi, that "human" singer, elderbrook. Its just rounding the voice and making it more dark. Notice the affected accent. Ofc its reminiscent of juice worlds hit kinda vocals. But its not so much a black thing, now males sing like that😅.
