Just in case y’all are wondering why this is a thread, apparently the Smile Music Video got 45M views on Facebook and several people said that because of that, it would chart in the Top 5. No shade, just wondering what happened

Several members were saying those views were US only, and that Billboard counts Facebook views, looks like they were wrong.

the 2nd thing might have been believable but the US only views is such a big delusion nnn

also, if it truly gets counted, I don't think they would count a deleted / hidden video, would they?

These platforms are global. Whatever comes from other Nations will not count on US streams for billboard

The video was made available only for US though.. but the thing is, before that it was available only for non-US users and her fans conveniently forgot that.
