The results were almost exactly like my own rates!  First time I feel totally in synch!  I would have had Rain win overall, but #2 is fine and I get Why Erotica won.

@whoresup Absolute bop! Just a perfect track that is so gorgeously camp and 90s house/disco. One of her absolute best. Wish it was more widely remembered.

@androiduser A Madonna classic, it has everything a Madonna dance smash should have, so I was surprised it wasn't as big as her other dance songs.

@HausOfAntonio The clear winner lmao. One of her best songs, period.

@Lionel Ronaldo Probably my favorite from this album. I love everything from this song. The voice, rhythm, melody, lyrics. I always have a good mood when this song comes on.

@Blown Away The way this song is gassed up by everyone... Whew chile. This song has no redeemable qualities at all. The instrumental is a basic 90's house-influenced one, as generic as it can get, while the melody doesn't flow well with it. The vocals aren't great either, especially during the verses. And the latin-style breakdown didn't add any flavor to the song. I'd rather listen to Candy Shop all day long.

@Judas SocietyI don't like this song as much as most fans of Madonna, that lyrically reference to Vogue is a nice touch though.

@monstertoronto This is a perfect dance song. Shimmery and propulsive. Timeless.

@MingersPrayer One of my all time favourites. I listen to it when I'm getting ready to go clubbing. It's perfection. I remember hearing it for the first time at 14 and just couldn't believe Madonna could get any better. Then I saw the video. Visuals on point. Cemented my love for Madonna. I love God Control but I can't help but compare the two videos and having D&D makes GC look very cheap despite the important message.

@MingersPrayer This gives us insight into Bedtime Stories & also even Ray of Light a little but I find the production a little clunky and I don't think the clichés of 'words cut like a knife' & 'actions speak louder than words' are best used. But I love the spoken word at the end and the instrumentation.

@whoresup Gorgeous song and such a controversial lead ingle for the album but it just shows that she wasn’t bothered about commercial success with this one. It’s still catchy and well produced too.

@androiduser At the time a big departure from Madonna in a more extreme direction, but still a logical progression from Justify My Love. The production is timeless, it sounds like nothing before or after.

@Blown Away I have no words for this song. At first you don't see the fuss around the song, you think it's going to be a standard 90's song but then the lyrics come and she leaves you speechless and wanting more. As the song progresses it sucks you in and you get hypnotized by it. By the time there's that creepy sound at 2:57 you're completely lost in it and there's no way back. She put you in a trance!

@Judas Society This is an excellent track. That early 90s industrial production adds to the raw sexual energy that a song like this needs.

@monstertoronto Throbby and groovy. I'm not a huge fan of Madonna's breathy-rap phase (the break in Vogue being VERY much the exception), but this song has enough of a vibe that I like it.

@MingersPrayer Pure 90s perfection. This is the culmination of the previous 2 years work & Shep at his best. Despite this being all about sex, it's simple, alluring and not overt to the point where it's dumb which we all know madonna can do sometimes (see: Rebel Heart). Love the 'You Thrill Me' demo & also the remix of this on Confessions tour is sublime.
