What do we have to pick? What we want or what we think it will happen?

Anyways, I want it to be Babylon. And why do some of you say Babylon would flop? Imagine if they have said the same thing on Vogue back in 1990 lol. And anyway I don't care if it's a hit or a flop, I just want an MV. She could release it without it being a single a la John Wayne.

What we you think will happen.

I agree about Babylon but as video only. I can’t picture it doing well on the charts.

Babylon with the right video could be a hit.

I'm just not getting the love for free woman, it gives me 2013 Katy Perry vibes for some reason.

Again Gaga’s career isn’t about putting out radio friendly songs and making them hits. :bear: It’s about how much she promotes them. Gaga could get a hit off of anything from Chromatica if she actually properly promoted it (Award show performance, videos, live performances, remixes, etc.)

THANK YOU

its just so annoying when people talk about “radio friendly” Gaga single choices asif TEOG or Alejandro or even BR were the most radio friendly songs ever

Free Woman and then Babylon Haus Labs Remix for the last single featuring Rina Sawayama along with announcement that she’s the opener for the CBT

Free woman Is unlistenable imho. She screams too much in that song

Both songs would flop, but the Haus version of Babylon would have a fighting chance of at least going viral.

If it's up to Gaga, it seems that it would be Free Woman, she seems most proud of that one and would push it as a single, in my opinion of course, I don't know actually.:nails:

The future's uncertain and the end is always near.

As much as I love Babylon, if you don't hear how Vogue is an infinitely superior and more commercial song, then I don't know what to tell you

Gaga fans begging for radio friendly choices is part of what ruined this fandom lmao, Babylon is the obvious choice because it screams GAGA and it's memorable and different. It probably won't have success but neither would free woman and it's better to have made an impact in the long run than an attempt at a radio hit.

The fact that some people only care about the song that could be a "hit" and chart well...

Babylon is the very obvious choice for a single. It has Gaga written all over it and it's a great song, unlike the basic Free Woman that got ruined by the incredibly mediocre (and almost bad) production. Regardless of how much she seems to care about that song, it's still one of the worst on the album and it's a song that literally any pop producer could have made and slapped vocals over it. The same can't be said about Babylon.

Soft, soothing, and succulent
