Well, this is not really true. To some extent, fibromyalgie DOES affect your immune system, and even though the disease is not well known, doctor ask people who have the disease to stay extremely vigilant.

Several doctors have told me that I shouldn't leave home at all, because even though there's no scientific proof that fibromyalgia can or can not make the virus worse, the exhaustion of your mind and body could be extremely harmful

What you say also applies to people with depression, anxiety, panick attacks, PTSD or any form of chronic stress.

I mean, yes, you are right, when a disease happens generally there is something unwell wih the mind and this makes the person more vulnerable but generally fibromyalgia sufferers aren't considered high risk for COVID-19.
