I would say it was a lot bigger in the mediterranean countries than in the UK, but yeah overall it was a big hit in Europe.

Alejandro is one of her biggest hits in many non-English speaking European countries. I'm talking bigger than Telephone, Just Dance, LoveGame... It was THE summer hit of 2010. Every beach on the Mediterranean had it on heavy rotation
