Instead of harping on people for doing good things, how about bringing positive energy towards people who do good things and tell people who do nothing to do something. It's always positive publicity for celebrities when they do something nice obviously but you can't pick and choose: THIS person is only doing it for publicity and then say of course when MY FAVE does it it's not. Anyone doing something good is great. Whether it's Taylor Swift sending free CDs to record stores to help, Lana Del Rey doing volunteer work for homeless people, Gaga raising funds for COVID, it's all great. 

I don't understand this mentality of being negative towards an action that is positive. It is so petty. 

Hey I was not trying to drag her for doing that. Also I’m not a negative person as you can see by my posts. Guess it was a misunderstanding. When  I first read, I thought she was still selling them and getting the profits. However I think all the profits went to the stores, right?! I’m not a Taylor Swift hater by any means, or anyone’s hater at all.

And I totally agree those things you’ve mentioned are great.

Nope, she signed the booklet and then they put plastic over it. The Band Perry (country group) did this a few years ago when they sold signed copies at Target and they were also real autographs.
