Add some whiskey and make a hot toddy. Best sleep you’ll ever have with a cold.

People are only finding that out now? Isn't it obvious that medication u take for colds are useless? A cold goes away in approx a week, with or without medication so why ruin ur liver with it? Ive always been the type to treat my cold with thyme, mugwort, aniseed and honey, works wonders

I love drinking butterfly pea flower tea with honey and a splash of lemon.

And like @SamanthaC said, a hot toddy is fabulous when you're feeling under the weather (or it's winter and you're cold). I usually make mine with whiskey, hot water, honey, and a few squeezes of lemon. I'll also make virgin toddies with all of the above except no whiskey.

I’ve always made thyme and honey tea with my upper respiratory infections! Makes me feel so much better!

Anyway it has to be real honney btw. There's a lot of nock off honney out there full of fillers. That sh*t won't work so make sure your getting something legit

There's a latinx product called Broncolin that I highly recommend actually! It's a holistic honey medicine and it works SUPER f*cking well in my experience. It's mostly honey but has other herbs and such as well. It's actually super popular and you can find it at most drug stores and even bigger stores but tends to be hidden in wherever their "ethnic"/"natural" medicine is. I got mine at CVS
