The blast happened on Reisterstown Road, City Hall spokesman James E. Bentley II told NBC News. We don't know if that explosion was deliberate and if someone did that or if it was accidental, I just found it pretty weird that after the explosion in Beirut there's another one right after. Jesus. I have never said Beirut was a terrorist attack. What I said was "Did someone get inspired by Beirut" meaning they saw the explosion and had an idea about making one.
