You wouldn't say that to Manila because her father is Norwegian or Swedish or to Raja because her mom is dutch, you wouldn't say that to a person with a black parent and the other is white. Also the "latino" race makes no f**** sense, there's no such a thing as a latino race. You can be descendent of indigenous people and be latino, you can be black and be latino, you can be descendent of portuguese/spanish and be latino... It's like picking a person from the USA randomly and say they are american race. Also Brazil has the biggest japanese colony in the world with millions of descendents and you wouldn't say that they are "latino" even though they are 4 or 5 generations born in latin america.
