Currently, in this sick country, the rulers want to cancel the anti-violence convention, which is a provision that protects and protects victims of violence. The rulers say that there is no consent to propagate the LGBT ideology, even though this convention does not even include such a provision. If ever, any of you think about coming to Poland, never do it. In the future, I intend to escape from here, because in this country I have no chance of a normal life. I can't even get married because it's illegal. The rulers emphasize that there is no and will not be consent to the LGBT ideology, and that there are only two genders and only one sexual orientation. It is so sad that we have to fight for basic human rights. I'm so happy for having Lady Gaga and her music, I would have probably given up a long time ago. I'm so sorry you and all the queer people in Poland have to deal with that, I hope you can make it out and the country can eventually progress. It's really horrible to see. I can't believe in 2020 that people are still discriminating against people are gay, bi, trans etc. It really bugs me when people treat people in the LGBT+ as though they are wrong, when in reality, there is nothing wrong being gay, bi, trans etc. Just shocking to me that people still have such backward views. These people are obsessed and want to literally eradicate LGBTQ+ people. And the government won't stop until they get what they want. Also it surely would make it harder to get away from here in a few years. Never thought I'd be ashamed of where I come from. People (especially polish) keep saying we're a great country because of our history, but to be honest, I think if people who died for us knew what's happening today, they wouldn't even fight. Guest Posted July 28, 2020 Share Posted July 28, 2020 I don't see any reason why they should do this (leaving the EU). After all, it is mainly a political organization and not a pro-social one. I do not support what the government is doing by discriminating against certain groups of people, but the legalization of same-sex marriage or the introduction of these new genders are internal affairs of the country. The government is trying to manipulate polish people for so long by feeding them with toxic and violent words and I can't believe you can be so stupid to believe every word from it. I don't think there is any hope for its to become more joyful place to live in the future, like there is no chance. And Poland don't have to quit from EU, give them 5 years and EU alone will kick Poland out. Just want to finish my studies and move out. I wish I could take my family from there too...
