The album is obviously a spoken word album. Just words and phrases with some instrumentals in the background so if you expect some real music, there is none. I enjoyed the tracks and they seem very personal and intriguing but I had to pay very close attention and read the lyrics to understand it all. I mean, no one knows for sure but if it wasn't released by now on Spotify, itunes etc I don't think it will be. Maybe it's related to the fact that half of the earnings go to charity.
