Olivia de Havilland, one of the last remaining stars from the golden age of Hollywood, has died at the age of 104.

De Havilland's career spanned more than 50 years and almost 50 feature films, and she was the last surviving star of Gone with the Wind (1939).

The film earned her one of her five Oscar nominations.

De Havilland, who has lived in Paris since 1960, was also central in taking down Hollywood's studio system, giving actors better contracts.

She also had a tempestuous relationship with her sister, fellow Oscar-winning actress Joan Fontaine.

The only movie I saw with Olivia in it was Hush Hush Sweet Charlotte  starring alongside Bette Davis. One of the last few true greats from that era in hollywood.

She wasn't in that movie - I believe you're referring to Joan Crawford, who passed away many years ago. But Olivia was depicted in the series Feud: Bette and Joan, played by Catherine Zeta-Jones

Imagine being apart of one off the greatest movies of all time that you stared in...82 years ago. And being a full grown adult while you did it.

2020 has taken so many OG great people from us in recent months. Jerry stiller, Carol Reiner, Regis Philbin, Olivia de havilland. Let’s not have another 2016.

KEEP BETTY WHITE SAFE AT ALL COSTS

I didn't even realize she was still alive. Dear lord all the things she's seen. Or did see, rather. Rest in peace, beautiful lady.

Dance!

in the beginning where the taxi cab rolls up to the house, you can still see Joan in the car!

This really saddened me... I've loved her for years, and I've been meaning to write her a letter for ages, even wishing to be able to meet her one day in Paris. She lived a long and full life, but I can't help feeling shaken. She was the last Great.
