It is to be expected. Taylor has a huge fanbase so the fact that this is a surprise release AND during a pandemic it's most likely going to outsell Reputation and Lover. The hype is real.

it actually is but go off  it‘s only the 7th biggest music market in the world so pulling her numbers is impressive (1989 and rep sold 1.6 million each and Lover even 1.7 million)
