Before I Cry and The Cure sound so generic and that I wouldnt really want an album of just that style :cryga:

I think a metal album would be so ****ing cool for her to do. It’s been starting to creep a little more into pop I think with Poppy and Grimes and I’d love to see how Gaga puts her twist on it.

How are those two any similar to INLA? :oprah:

All them have a soul character, while one of them is a ballad.

I'd be into this, but only after Rockga.

But Joanne already was a kind of a guitar-pop album and then she and Bradely went with "A Star Is Born"/"Shallow" into a dramatic pop/rock sound - i mean Shallow was a real anthem.

But ASIB and its songs like "I'll Never Love Again" and "Heal Me" were also a perfect link to "Chromatica" and its light pop-soulish stuff like "Rain On Me" + "Free Woman".

In the end "I'll Never Love Again", "Heal Me" and also "Rain On Me" and "Free Woman" were introduced by their catchy glamour soul pop predecessor "The Cure". So there is a loop now which must open up in the next full studio album - that would only be natural from a artistic view.

More of a rockLG could come to a latter time. I wish kind of "My All" next 😍 + a catchy mid-tempo soul pop anthem on her next album.

I need like a five year break from ballads. :messga:

For example "Heal Me" and "The Cure" are not ballads. I just love these songs, they are so calm and juicy. Reminds me of '98 high quality soul pop on VH1 or so...to good and she sounds hot, clear and so warm...

While they are not faves from her for me, I understand what you mean.

I just need some sledgehammering dance beats.:fatcat:

I mean that would be cool to have a soul pop album focusing on her voice. I would also love a rock album from Gaga which would show her rock talents

Why not a mix of rock and soul

Personally I'm hoping for a full-on rock/metal album from her at some point down the line, in the vein of her "Moth into Flame" performance at the Grammys.

I want a full, sleazy glam rock album like SPW’s “You Love You”. I would ****ing LIVE for that.

some of my favorite songs are rock songs done by R&B artists.

and of course the poster child for R&B/Rock fusion:
