HookerDotGov 542 Posted July 21, 2020 Share Posted July 21, 2020 I was hesitant about Kylie returning to Disco. I love her disco cuts, but I also love when she branches out musically. That being said, DISCO seems to really be an exploration of 1980s synth-disco, which she hasn't really touched before (being resigned to churning out bubblegum-pop at the time). The single cover for Say Something and the snippet are such perfect serves aesthetically...I really wish the album cover was better? I get it is meant to evoke the 1980s with the colors, font choices, and overall (lack of) design...but it could've been done in a more creative or interesting way? Regardless, I'm so ready!
