The Cure was after G.U.Y and it was the cheapest thing Gaga's ever done :triggered:

G.U.Y's great, the production slaps, and it's one of her best, if not the best music video

The Cure sounds richer than Free Woman imo, and it's obviously a bigger hit

You don't release a promo single after an album, it makes no sense:laughga:

Nothing makes sense in this album release anyway so why not? :laughga:

So sploosh your juice all over me you Riverboy

Yes. Target plays it all the time and it sounds so good on the store speakers. :music:

I mean, it's literally IMPOSSIBLE to release a promo single after an album:ladyhaha:

Some artists probably pretend they do but that's because the song flops

Maybe if she has like a radio edit of it

What needs to be edited out? It’s already super short :derpga:

Yeah is a good song, actually Free Woman is the most radio friendly song on the album, with a good video and promo it would do it very good.

But Alice and 1000 Doves would do better :flower:

I’d rather have...

Alice

911

Replay

Sine From Above

Babylon (album or Haus Labs version)

1000 Doves

Enigma

Not that I think some of these would chart better, but I’d rather they released something a bit more unique?

Free Woman is still a bop but it doesn’t hit as hard as some of these :vegas:

I think it’ll do really well. Classic pop earworm and has a retro vibe that’s doing really well rn. She should add the bridge from the demo in though

I mean like a remix to make it more appealing, cause the album version is kinda completely neutered.

Noo it would be the G.U.Y of the Chromatica era - being cute but charts-wise a flop with no impact

"no impact" sis.. the title and the lyrics alone is liberating

Perfect vibe for the summer. I know it’s not a normal summer this year :laughga: but it would bring a lot of levity and positivity!!

I sincerely hope not. I love her and I like Chromatica as a whole piece of art. Listening all the way through is good but breaking it down into individual songs as singles? Just doesn’t work. The best song for a potential hit and really the only song on the album worth being a single is ROM. It stands alone really well and they made a great video. I would love to see more visuals from her but I don’t see how she can push this album anymore. The time to promote and release singles has kinda passed. It’s not her fault all this happened but it’s still the truth unfortunately.  I hope I’m wrong and she surprises with a great single release and promo + video. But the album caters to a very specific area of her fandom. Not the GP or radio.
