I'm sure his family would be thrilled to see people saying he got what he deserved etc. These people just lost a family member/ friend. Put yourselves in their shoes and be kind. But when someone is that gullible to look at Trump and believe everything he says, and believe the virus is just "more negativity", and that wearing masks is literally propaganda, then you got to realise the two go hand in hand. Just like the idiots who believe Boris Johnson is doing a good job and that the virus is gone because pubs are back. Infact, he even said that he doesn't believe masks work... but now that we in Scotland have made masks mandatory, Boris is thinking again. Politics is in everything we do, everything we see, and everything we hear. It shapes our views and beliefs on the world. This virus doesn't care what side of the political fence you align yourself with, HOWEVER, as I already said like last week, people take directive from the person in charge. They are supposed to guide you and lead you through anything, including a pandemic. If you have a twat going on national TV and downplaying this virus, or telling people that they don't agree with face masks, the general public will also start to believe these things... especially people who voted for these people. We should not show respect for anyone who treats this virus like its nothing, and not taking the correct safety procedures to protect themselves AND others round him. THINK how many other people became infected because of his negligence, and careless actions by refusing to wear a mask? Its sad that he died, but anyone with that mentality is asking for it in my opinion. Not to wish ill health, but facts are facts. Many of his posts were about the coronavirus in political terms (like the mask/hijab one) so while his views don't really matter, it's those views that got him into this in the first place. Unfortunately for these people, the price of being proven wrong can cost your life. The optimist in me would like to believe that had this person survived COVID-19, they might re-examine their beliefs, but that probably wouldn't have happened.
