I think it was Interscope's decision to do not push any single from ASIB after Shallow to focus on Billie. But I think, if Billie's album flopped, they would probably shift their attention back to ASIB and force to release it as a single for Grammy campaign.

Or more like Gaga's decision since her main focus on A Star Is Born was actually acting and not throw the focus away for her singing career. Also Shallow was really ignored by the radios even when it went #1, I don't think it would have been different with ARUTW
